Step 1: Request Information
Begin the admissions process by contacting our Admissions & Marketing Coordinator, Kim Froning, to learn more about Bethesda International Academy! We’re happy to provide details on our programs, curriculum, and school culture. Email admissions@biachicago.com or call us at 773-743-0800.

Step 2: Schedule a Campus Tour
Join us for a personal campus tour, available most school days from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This visit gives you a chance to learn more about BIA, meet with our faculty and Principal, and ask questions. Step 3: Complete an Application
Complete our 2026-2027 Application to tell us more about your child and family.  If a student is transferring into BIA, we may ask for supporting documentation from their current school. We may also invite them to come for a classroom visit, depending on the grade. This allows prospective students to join our current students and teachers, getting a real sense of BIA’s welcoming atmosphere and engaging learning environment. Our Admissions Coordinator will arrange this after you've completed an Application.

Step 4: Enrollment
We will make all Admissions decisions by early-to-mid March.  If you have been accepted, you must submit the following by March 27th to guarantee your spot:

                                                       1) Non-refundable Registration Deposit

                                                        $400 per child OR $600/family (2 or more children)

                                                        This is applied towards your August 2026 tuition

                                                       2) Enrollment Fee of $50 per child

 

If you do not accept your spot by March 27th by submitting the above fees, we cannot guarantee a space for your child in 2026-2027 & you will be placed on a waitlist.

If you accept your spot AFTER March 27th and we do have a space for them, the Enrollment Fee increases to $200 per child.

Once you are officially enrolled, our Admissions Coordinator will guide you through the Registration process, ensuring a smooth transition into our community. We’ll provide all necessary information on required forms, deadlines, and next steps to make your child’s start at BIA seamless!
