Step 1: Request More Information
Begin the admissions process by contacting our Admissions Coordinator, Kaylan Acosta, to learn more about Bethesda International Academy! Step 2: Schedule a Campus Tour
Join us for a personal campus tour, available every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. This visit gives you a chance to see our school in action and meet with our principal. if this time does not work for you, after-hours tours are available by appointment to fit your schedule. Schedule your tour by clicking on "Step 2" above.

Step 3: Schedule a Student Shadow Day
After your tour, give your child the opportunity to experience a day at BIA with a one-hour classroom visit. This shadow day allows prospective students to join our current students and teachers, getting a real sense of BIA’s welcoming atmosphere and engaging learning environment. Our Admissions Coordinator will arrange a shadow day with your child after you've taken a tour of the school.

Step 4: Enrollment
Once you've taken a tour and completed a shadow day, our Admissions Coordinator will guide you through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition into our community. We’ll provide all necessary information on required forms, deadlines, and next steps to make your child’s start at BIA seamless.

Kaylan Acosta, a proud 2012 graduate of Bethesda International Academy, has spent the past four years as a dedicated youth pastor across Texas, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Driven by a passion for supporting young people, Kaylan returned to Chicago to pursue a graduate degree in Pediatric Psychology, blending faith with a commitment to children’s mental health and development. Kaylan firmly believes in the transformative power of private education, recognizing the lasting benefits it provides for children’s academic, social, and personal growth.
