Due to a generous grant from CLEF (Chicagoland Lutheran Educational Foundation), Bethesda is able to offer tuition assistance from a finite pool of funds each year.  The process is simple, confidential and there is no fee to apply.
 
Families begin by completing a short Tuition Assistance Form, which can be accessed HERE.
 
Along with the form, families submit basic financial documentation to help our confidential Financial Admissions Team understand the need. Once the team reviews the information, families will be notified of their eligibility and potential Tuition Assistance Award.

Once you have completed the Tuition Assistance Form and gathered the required supporting documentation, please submit your items directly to our office administrator Brittnee Branigan in the BIA main office.
 
DUE DATE: The Financial Admissions Team plans rolling decisions as soon as enrollment and tuition assistance forms are submitted. It is highly encouraged that you do NOT delay your selection of BIA for the 2026-27 school year as assistance funds are fixed.
